By accessing or using this website, joining the waitlist, or otherwise participating in the Mining Community Pilot (the “Pilot”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or participate in the Pilot.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3) Research Phase; No Financial Services

The Pilot is a research‑phase initiative. Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer, recommendation, or advertisement of financial, payment, or investment services or products. No payments are accepted on this site.

4) Accounts & Waitlist

To receive updates, you may join the waitlist by providing an email address and, optionally, your name. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may contact you with pilot updates, surveys, and research invitations as described in the Privacy Policy. We may limit or suspend access to the waitlist at any time.

5) User Conduct

  • Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not use the site for commercial solicitation or spam.
  • Respect applicable laws and third‑party rights.

6) Intellectual Property

Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed one hundred (100) EUR.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

12) Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the site. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.

13) Governing Law & Venue

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict‑of‑laws principles. The courts of Berlin, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site.

14) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
