1) Introduction

We operate a research-phase initiative for members of the mining community (the “Pilot”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or join the waitlist, how we use and share that data, and the rights available to you under applicable law.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not provide your personal data and discontinue use of the site.

2) Data we collect

  • Contact data: email address (required) and name (optional) when you join the waitlist.
  • Communications: your messages and survey/interview responses related to the Pilot.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs.

3) How we use data

  • To send pilot updates, invitations to surveys/interviews, and other research communications you opt in to receive.

7) Sharing & processors

  • Waitlist/contact data — retained while you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after the end of the Pilot or your last interaction, unless you request deletion earlier.
  • Technical and analytics data — retained for up to 14 months, unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.
  • Research records (surveys/interviews) — retained as long as required for the research purpose, typically up to 24 months after collection.

9) International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside your country or the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and implement supplementary measures as needed.

10) Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
